Syed Jawad Hussain Shahzad
I am a Professor of Finance and Technology at the University of Waikato and Convenor of the Bachelor of Banking and Technology programme. Previously, I served as Associate Professor of Finance and Head of the Master of Science in Finance and Technology programmes at MBS School of Business, France.
My research focuses on asset pricing, climate finance, digital finance, sustainable investing, financial connectedness, and quantitative methods. I serve on the editorial boards of International Journal of Finance & Economics and Energy Economics, and my work has been recognised internationally through highly cited research contributions.
